It is important to remember that cut flowers are perishable products with varying degrees of longevity depending on their type, some of which may be more delicate compared to other flower varieties.
Regular post-purchase care is crucial for maintaining the beauty and longevity of your flowers. If your bouquet wilts completely within 48 hours of delivery, and provided that you have followed all care recommendations, Saray Flowers is ready to either resend the bouquet or issue a refund.
Prior to sending out each bouquet, we conduct thorough quality control checks to guarantee the high quality of our products and service. We reserve the right to request photographs of the original bouquet to verify the information of the claim. The photos must be clear to thoroughly examine our product. Various external circumstances such as weather, transport conditions, and the placement of the bouquet in your home can affect the longevity of the flowers.
Please notify our team of any complaints regarding the bouquets within 48 hours of delivery. If you are unable to provide photographs within 48 hours from the delivery date, Saray Flowers reserves the right to reject the request for return or replacement of the bouquet. We will consider complaints received after the 48-hour period, but reserve the right to decline requests for return or redelivery of the bouquet.
In the event of damaged or low-quality flower deliveries, please urgently contact us for the following issue resolution options:
- Resend on the next available delivery date;
- Full refund.
Upon approval of a return or redelivery request, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. Returns are processed through the original payment method and may take up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
